I realize as I get older I miss being a kid. I hate that I'm going to be 18 soon, but I'm excited too. I wish I could spend a day being a kid again though.

Oh god aha
XD my nephew always says
"I wanna be your age!" or "I wanna be older"
and I'm just left there thinking
'What?! I wanna be your age again!' :XD:
But time forces us forward towards endless possibilities and the choices you make as you grow older, will make up for the childhood you want to redo.
So don't hate that your growing older, you should embrace it and the possibilities coming your way :3

Allow me to brighten your day because I went through the same thing as you when I turned 18. ^^ You may miss some things that you had being a kid but trust me when I say that the opportunities(and responsiblities) you will have as an adult will topple them completely. There are still people here in their 20's who get straight A's, have a job, a car, and a brightfuture and spend their weekends watching spongebob. Being an adult does mean you will have to give some things up. It also means you will have to do more than you would have in the past and you will be respinsible for yourself. But if you keep focused and do what you need to do then there is nothing stopping you from enjoying yourself.

And no one says you have to take life too seriously anyway :P

I mean I wont be able to have those carefree days running around without a care in the world. I will have a job now and stuff, lol. Thanks ^^

Sure yu'll have carefree days of running around climbing trees or whatever you do...there will just be other days you have to work. Okay maybe not Carefree, but you can still live worry free(relatively)
